He has been involved in a number of large and complex corporate finance assignments for both listed and unlisted companies, marketing of various bank products. He was formerly the Senior Manager – Punjab & Sind Bank where he was responsible for a team of 50 professionals and advised on numerous private and public markets transactions across a range of sectors.

Gurdeep Singh Bhatia: has over 14 years of experience in the investment banking, Advisory and funds management industry in Delhi,Punjab,Haryana, J&K & Indore. Prior to joining MMFS he was the Cluster Head – Haryana at Reliance Capital Asset Management Co Ltd where he was responsible for managing an AUM (Asset Under Management)of Rs 500Crs.Gurdeep has advised on a range of leading transactions for clients such as Liberty Shoes and Leather,Kundan Rice Mills(Indiagate Rice), and KeshKing Oil Group etc.

Prior to this Gurdeep has also served with HDFC Life Insurance and ICICI Group in Various Capacities.
